Error Message: "Your product could not be located" When Checking Warranty Status or Coverage on an Intel® Optane™ Product

When entering Intel® Optane™ product markings in the SN or ISN (on the drive) or in the Serial Number (on the box) fields and the tool responds with the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error, or a mismatch in the data entered in one of the two fields.
You are required to enter the serial number in only one of these two fields.
