Error Message: "Your product could not be located" When Checking Warranty Status or Coverage on an Intel® NUC or NUC Kit

Description

  • Intel's Online Service Center's Your Warranty Coverage tool reports an error message when trying to check warranty coverage instead of the estimated warranty date.
  • Red-colored X appears on page stating Your product could not be located.

Resolution

When entering NUC or NUC Kit markings in the Serial Number & SA# /AA # fields and the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error or a mismatch in the data entered in the two fields.

  1. Re-type the information paying special attention to entering correct and full information in the fields.
  2. Click the Check Products button again.
