Notes

  • Drivers for certain Intel Wireless Adapters may not have been updated and are the same as the previous package. You do not need to install this package if the version of the driver is the same.
  • For the new Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products - Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE202 and Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200

    • All Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products support the 6GHz band for Wi-Fi. Usage of the 6GHz band relies on Microsoft Windows (Windows 11*) Operating System support. The products have limited functionality on Windows® 10.
    • The Wi-Fi 7 features are not currently available because of pending OS (Windows 11*) support. As a result, after installing the drivers, the Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products function with Wi-Fi 6E capabilities on Windows 11*.
  • The Intel’s Wi-Fi 7 product “Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200” will support Wi-Fi 6E + 320 MHz/4K QAM (known as EHT - Extremely High Throughput) by default when connecting to a Wi-Fi 7 wireless router/AP.
  • From the release 22.220.0 package onwards, this software no longer includes drivers for discontinued wireless products: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. For 8260 and 8265 Wi-Fi drivers, see Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.
  • Wireless products Intel® Wireless 7265 Family (Rev.C), Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 and Intel® Wireless 7260 Family adapters have been End-of-Life (EOL) and drivers are no longer available.
  • Why do I see a different driver version with my Intel® Wireless 7265 Family adapters?
  • From the Wi-Fi release 22.170.X package onwards, the Windows 10 32-bit driver for products 7265(Rev. D), 3165 and 3168 will only receive updates to address potential security vulnerabilities. Last available Win10 32-bit driver version is 19.51.40.1 from package 22.160.0
  • From the Wi-Fi release 22.100.X package onwards, there will be one INF file as part of the installation package that will support all Intel Wi-Fi 6E adapters. The INF file (Netwtw06e.INF) will provide installation support for current and newer Wi-Fi 6E adapters. Additional Information avialable here
