Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for IT Administrators

Important Notice

• This software package includes drivers for the Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products - Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE202, Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE201 and Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200. 
• Driver package 23.160.0 has been validated to support Microsoft Windows 11*
• For PCs with Intel® Wireless-AC 9560, Intel® Wireless-AC 9462, Intel® Wireless-AC 9461: Before upgrading from 23.10.x.x—23.50.x.x versions to this 23.160.0 driver, the user needs to disconnect all the Bluetooth® devices and unpair all the previously paired devices in the PC. Once the upgrade is complete, the user can repair the devices and connect them. Fixes for PCs with Bluetooth® drivers prior to 23.10.0 can be upgraded to 23.160.0.

• The drivers also work on Intel® Killer™ BE1750(x/w), BE1750(i/s), AX1690, AX1675, AX1650, 1550

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® 23.160.0 driver has been updated to include functional and security updates. Users should update to the latest version.

The Intel Wireless Bluetooth for IT administrators package is recommended for large corporations, universities, and medical centers. Smaller organizations may also find the installation and deployment features useful.

This is a compressed package that includes all files required to install the Intel Wireless Bluetooth software. The ZIP package allows you to extract the drivers and software for installation on multiple systems.

Notes 

• When you update the software package, it might not update the wireless adapter driver if it includes the same driver as the previous release. For instructions, see Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Version and the Driver Version.
• From the release 23.50.0 package onwards, this software no longer includes drivers for discontinued products Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 (Rev. D), Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168, and Intel® Wireless-AC 3165. For 7265 (Rev. D), 3168, and 3165 Bluetooth® drivers, see Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Wireless Products 7265 (Rev D), 3168, and 3165. 
• From the release 22.210.0 package onwards, this software no longer includes drivers for discontinued wireless products: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. For 8260 and 8265 Bluetooth® drivers, see Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.
• Wireless products Intel® Wireless 7265 Family (Rev. C), Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160, and Intel® Wireless 7260 Family adapters have been End-of-Life (EOL), and drivers are no longer available.

How to install

1. Download the file to a folder on your PC. Use a third-party unzip application to open the file and unzip the contents.
2. Uninstall the current version of Intel Wireless Bluetooth software.
3. Review information for Intel Wireless Bluetooth installation options, including silent install.
