2.5.3. STATISTICS

The STATISTICS information provides additional information regarding subsequent alarms, in particular counting the number of occurrences of specific events or alarms (ENABLE commands and generated alarms).

Bit[19:16] = Comparator Self-Diagnostic alarms counter (ALARM2)

Bit[3:0] = Comparator mismatch alarm counter (ALARM1).
ERRCTRL_FNGISTAT4 FRNET_GI_STAT_4 Three statistics counters to count number of ALARM16 and ALARM19 that have occurred, as well as to count the number of received ENABLE commands.
