4.4.1. DCLSM Blind Window Control Register - DCLSM_BWCR
Use the following register to control the fRSmartComp Blind window functionality.
Bit Field | Bits | Access Type | Default Value | Description |
---|---|---|---|---|
BW | [31:16] | R/W | Refer below | Blind Window duration threshold |
BWCV | [15:0]] | R/WI | - | Current (raw) Blind Window Counter Value |
The BW field in the register above behaves as follows:
- Default value = Blind Window Period IP Parameter
- When a new value is written:
- fRSmartComp registers the new value in this register.
- The blind window uses the new value as its duration.
- The blind window count is restarted (the counter is synchronously reset).
Note: This allows the overwriting of the default length of the Blind Window (defined by the Blind Window Period IP Parameter value). If the new value is greater than the parameter or the previous one, it is an extension. Otherwise, it is a reduction. In any case (even if the value is not changed), the blind window restarts when you perform a write access.
Note: This register is not protected with a Key, as a write operation only extends or reduces the Blind window; it does not make it extend indefinitely.
