3.1. Installing the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software

  1. Download the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software from the Quartus® Prime Design Software web page of the Altera website.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process. Choose an installation directory that is relative to the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software installation directory.
If you have difficulty installing the Quartus® Prime software, refer to the Altera® FPGA Software Installation and Licensing.
