3.6.5. Wait for RX Path Ready

While waiting for RX path to be ready, stop CV2AXI module.

The software waits for the HDMI RX to achieve alignment lock (locked) and video lock (vid_lock), along with the CV2AXI module to receive a stable video stream and valid resolution before proceeding with the next step.
