3. Display Stream Compression (DSC) Support

The DisplayPort IP supports DSC.

The following standards have been tested by Altera® , but any reasonable resolution is possible.

DSC Design Example

The DisplayPort IP design examples have been updated to support DSC. If DSC is enabled, the Rx-only, Tx-only, and Rx-to-Tx loopback examples can output uncompressed video or DSC video.
