Installing the Intel oneAPI FPGA Development Environment

For instructions on installing your Intel® oneAPI FPGA Development Environment, refer to Installing the Intel® oneAPI FPGA Development Environment in the Altera documentation library.

After you install the development environment, initialize the environment before you start developing your SYCL* application.

Initializing the Intel® oneAPI FPGA Development Environment

Before you start developing your SYCL* application, initialize the development environment by setting the required environment variables required for compiling, emulating, and generating the FPGA optimization report with a setvars or oneapi-vars script.

For instructions on running these scripts, refer to Use the setvars and oneapi-vars Scripts with Linux* in the Intel® oneAPI Programming Guide.
