ACOSPI

Elemental Intrinsic Function (Generic): Produces the arccosine of x in half revolutions

result = ACOSPI (x)

x

(Input) Must be of type real, where x must be greater than or equal to 1.

Results

The result type and kind are the same as x and are expressed in half revolutions. The result value lies in the range 0 <= ACOSPI (x) <= 1.

There are no specific names for this function.

Example

ACOSPI (-1.0) has the approximate value 1.0.
