(Input) INTEGER(4). The length of path string.

imode

(Input) INTEGER(4). The mode of the newly created file. On Windows* systems, see your Microsoft* Visual C++ documentation for permitted mode values. On Linux* and macOS systems, use octal file-access mode.

ifildes

(Output) INTEGER(4). The returned file descriptor.

ierror

(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.
