One of Silvia Lidner’s intentions in organizing a global maker program is to fill the gap between the safe places to experiment at the university and initiatives with specific real outcomes. She wants her students to find their way by asking critical questions that matter in a global context and to find a hybrid identity they can articulate through their engagements and experiences.
