Arun Gupta
Vice President and General Manager, Open Ecosystem
Dedicated to growing the open ecosystem at Intel, Arun is a strategist, advocate, and practitioner who has spent two decades helping companies such as Apple* and Amazon* embrace open source principles. He is currently chairperson of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation Governing Board.
Shirley Bailes
Director of Open Ecosystem Developer Relations & Community
Her mandate is to engage with open source stakeholders and increase visibility and opportunity for Intel in the open ecosystem. Previously, Shirley was instrumental in marketing efforts to boost awareness and open source engagement at AWS and NGINX. She also co-organizes the Community devroom at FOSDEM.
Jeremiah Foster
Open Source Technologist
Jeremiah is a carbon-based life form with a predilection for binary data. His interests include GNU and Linux as well as developing free software for the internet. He has been known to write technical documentation and lecture on Debian* and Perl*.
Michael Gadda
Security Researcher
Passionate about software security and machine learning, Michael is working to increase the security of Intel's use of open source software. Having previously worked on security tools for client PC products, he's eager to apply his knowledge and contribute to the secure use of open source software.
Sonia Goldsby
Open Source Event Specialist
Sonia brings over a decade of experience in event planning and open source program and project management to Intel. Her focus at Intel is leading marketing initiatives and driving cross-functional open source events. Sonia enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Debbie Graham
Open Source Software Process Champion
A technical content expert, Debbie is currently managing the publication of a new set of open source software playbooks. At the same time, she is developing a communication channel dedicated to raising awareness and inspiring the adoption of the open ecosystem across Intel.

Passionate about helping people discover the exciting world of artificial intelligence, Ezequiel is a frequent AI conference presenter and the creator of use cases, tutorials, and guides that help developers adopt open source AI tools like TensorFlow* and Hugging Face*.
Jessica Marz
Director of Open Source Program Office
An expert at explaining legal concepts to software developers and software development concepts to lawyers, Jessica is responsible for defining and managing Intel’s open source approval policies and practices. She’s also an avid arts-and-crafter known for her creative reuse of materials.

Open Ecosystem Content Manager
Focused on educating and inspiring developers for over a decade, Nikki leads the strategy and execution for open source-related content at Intel. Her mission is to empower our open source community to grow their skills, stay informed, and exchange ideas. An avid reader, you’ll never find her without her Kindle.
Chetan Prabhu
Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer
A true developer hero, Chetan helps the Open Source Program Office work smarter, faster by automating licensing and compliance processes. He previously worked at Amazon as an open source software compliance engineer and KPMG* as an open source software auditing consultant.

Led by the belief that Open Source is key to growth and innovation, Rachel is focused on partnering with fellow Intel colleagues to incorporate these tenets into its larger business strategy. She is also working with other companies, foundations, and voices in the open-source community to ensure a strong and sustainable open source ecosystem.

Free and open source license expert with over 20 years of experience in development, community and licensing. Computer scientist who fell in love with free software and has been working with FOSS ever since. Currently most active in flict (FOSS License Compatibility Tool). Handball enthusiast/addict.

Director of Open Source Security
With a focus on Open Source Software (OSS) security, he’s an industry veteran comfortable at the intersection of open source software and security, whether implementing security features, finding vulnerabilities or helping teams use OSS securely. He also drives Intel’s efforts in the Open Source Security Foundation (OpenSSF).

Senior Open Source Compliance Engineer
An open source and free software licensing expert, Alexios is an active participant in the TODO Group, Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX)*, and OpenChain*. He frequently speaks at industry and academic conferences, including the Open Source Leadership Summit, FOSDEM, and CopyleftConf.
