Intel FPGA devices can be quickly and easily programmed using a Jam Standard Test and Programming Language (STAPL) File (.jam), a Jam Byte-Code File (.jbc) or a Serial Vector Format File (.svf) which can be automatically generated by the Quartus® II software package or any earlier development software that supports this capability.
