Here's a checklist for you to get started using your Intel® NUC Kit DE3815TYKHE. 

  • Follow the User Guide to begin using your Intel NUC.
  • Find compatible memory modules.
  • Find compatible peripherals (for example, drives, monitors, and hubs):
  • Download and install the latest BIOS version:
  • Install an operating system:
  • Install device drivers:
    • Use Intel® Download Center on a different computer to download and copy to a USB flash drive.

      • Graphics
      • Gigabit Ethernet (or Wireless from the manufacturer if you install a wireless adapter)
      • Mailbox Interface Device (MBI)
      • USB 3.0—Required if you install Windows 7*
      Optional drivers
      • Bluetooth®—Required if you plan to use Bluetooth devices
      • Audio—Required if you plan to use the front panel audio jack
      • Infrared—Required if you plan to use an infrared remote control
      • Intel® Trusted Execution Engine (Intel® TXE)—Required for Secure Boot and platform security features
      • Processor I/O—Required if you plan to use the I2C, SPI, UART, or GPIO host controllers with Windows* 8.1, 8, or 7
      • System-on-a-Chip (SoC)—Required if you plan to use the I2C, SPI, UART, or GPIO host controllers with Windows® 10
