What is new or different with the Intel® Graphics Software compared to the Intel® Arc Control?

The Intel® Graphics Software has more features than the previous offering, combined with an intuitive user interface and a slim design. Intel® Graphics Software also includes features such as more detailed overclocking control and low latency mode. Arc Control is installed with Intel Windows* DCH driver 30.0.101.1325 for 12th Generation Intel Core processors and Intel Arc Graphics.

Why am I missing features in Intel® Graphics Software? Feature availability depends on your system hardware and configuration. Some features are platform-specific and may or may not appear within Intel® Graphics Software.
What are the minimum system requirements for Intel® Graphics Software?

Can I use Intel® Arc Control or Intel® Graphics Command Center instead of Intel® Graphics Software?Yes, but Intel® will only provide feature and stability updates through Intel® Graphics Software, which has many of the same features of Arc Control and IGCC.
Does Intel Graphics Software collect any personal or system information?No, Intel® Graphics Software only collects anonymous usage information that is not specific to you or your system and only to improve our software. You can opt out of allowing usage data collection by going to Settings > Preferences> Analytics and disabling Allow Data Collection
Can I use Intel® Graphics Software to submit a support ticket to Intel Customer Support?Intel® Graphics Software will provide a link to Intel Support through Settings > Support > Contact Intel Support. This can also be accessed directly here.
Does Intel plan on adding more features and functionality to Intel® Graphics Software in the future?Yes, Intel® Graphics Software is in active development and will continue to add new features along the way with driver updates.
