Step to resolve freezing issues in Photoshop with Intel® Arc™ Graphics
Description
When using Adobe* Photoshop, the app won't close and a photo cannot be exported from Adobe* Camera Raw to Photoshop when using the masking tool in Camera Raw.
Resolution
- Uninstall the current driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions.
- Go to Download Center, download, and install the latest available driver. Check Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows for installation instructions.
- For OEM systems, contact the system manufacturer for the latest supported driver and installation instructions.
