Troubleshooting steps to resolve the freezing issue when Intel® Arc™ A750 was installed
Description
After installing Intel® Arc™ A750 video card my computer freezes and is forced to reboot.
Resolution
- Check if the system meets all the requirements specified in the Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics – Desktop Quick Start Guide to support Intel ARC graphics.
- Install the latest firmware that supports Resizable BAR on the motherboard system. Contact your motherboard manufacturer to update the BIOS of your motherboard.
- Once the BIOS is updated, enable the Resizable BAR feature in the BIOS settings.
- Update the OS to the latest version.
- Install the latest graphics drivers for Intel ARC graphics from the official website.
- If the issue still persists, Run the DDU and re-install the Arc graphics driver.
