Description
My camera is not working in the Windows* Hello Face application.
Resolution
- Perform Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows* using Intel Generic Drivers.
Note If Intel Generic Drivers didn't work, and customer is using OEM product suggest to perform Clean Installation with OEM Drivers. - Contact OEM or Microsoft Support if Clean Installation didn't work, since we are not sure if they have modified their drivers and if they still support Microsoft Windows Hello Face.
