How to resolve sleep, hibernate and wake issues on Intel® Arc™ products.

Description

Computer gets irresponsive after entering "Sleep mode" with the new Intel® Arc™ 770.

Resolution

Update the Intel® Arc™ Graphics driver using one of these methods.

Method 1:

Use Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to automatically detect and install the driver. Download the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. For more information, see the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant FAQ.

Method 2:

  1. Go to the Download Center.
  2. Enter the model of Intel® Arc™ card.
  3. Click on Drivers and Software (located on the left under Filter By).
  4. Select the desired driver result. If available, we recommend selecting Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows* for the latest driver updates, but other options may be available.
  5. Click Download and open the .exe file.
  6. The installer will display on the screen. Click Begin Installation.
  7. Follow the steps in the installation until the installer shows Installation Complete.
