Refresh rate can only be set to 59.95hz after automatic windows update.

Resolution

Uninstall the Graphics Driver

  1. Go to Device Manager and click on display adapters
  2. Right-click Intel Graphics and click Uninstall.
  3. In the device removal dialog box, check Delete the driver software for this device and click OK.
  4. Restart the computer after the uninstallation is complete.
  5. Open the Device Manager.
  6. Expand the Display adapters section again.
  7. If no older drivers are stored in the system, the graphics controller in Device Manager should now be listed as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, Standard VGA Graphics Adapter or similar. If not, repeat steps 3 through 7.
  8. Reboot the computer when prompted.

Install the Graphics Driver

  1. Access Download Centersearch for the Intel Graphics model of your system using the Search box located in the top-right corner.
  2. Select the latest driver version from the list that is designated for the operating system (Windows 11/10, 8.1, or 7).
  3. Click Download and open the .exe file.
  4. Step through the installation until the installer shows Installation Complete.
