Resolution

With the new IPA Refresh All partner role, tier, program benefits and requirements will be communicated to partners beginning in early August 2025, with additional comms and training planned throughout 2H’25.

After the initial new tier placement, the next measurement period will be Q4’25-Q3’26 for 2027 tier placement.

The requirements for renewal vary by Membership Tier and Partner Role. Details can be found on our About Membership page. However, if the requirements are not met, the Tier level is updated to a lower tier level.
