How to Upgrade My Membership in the Intel® Partner Alliance

I have encountered one of the following issues:

  • Need help confirming progress toward purchase/training requirements for tier upgrade.
  • Membership is about to expire, how do I retain my existing tier?
  • Why do I keep getting emails advising our account has not met the tier requirement for renewal?

Resolution

The measurement period for any qualifying year is October through September.

  • Example: 2026 membership will be calculated based on activity from October 2024 through September 2025.

To determine a partner's membership tier, Intel uses the following:

To confirm you have met the requirements for upgrade:

1Training will continue to be an integral part of the Refresh value proposition, but we will not apply the training credits to the initial new tier placement when we launch in Q4’25. Beginning with the Refresh launch in Q4’25 and through Q3’26, all Prestige-tier partners will be expected to complete the minimum tier training requirement, and we will hold firm to the training credits criteria in future tier renewal cycles.
