Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors is Only Supporting up to 60Hz

Description

An original equipment manufacturer (OEM) computer with an Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processor and a monitor that can support (Full HD)1920 x 1080@240 Hz cannot achieve 244hz when trying to change the settings in the Intel® Graphics Command Center.

Resolution

First, confirm if your system supports the resolution.

If it is supported and does not allow the resolution to be set, do the following:

  • Review the specifications of the computer and the monitor if it's fully compatible with the refresh rate that the graphics processor can support.
  • Contact the computer manufacturer to know more about supported resolutions and refresh rates
