Intel Graphics controllers support 4K resolutions with refresh rates of up to 60hz.
An original equipment manufacturer (OEM) computer with an Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processor and a monitor that can support (Full HD)1920 x 1080@240 Hz cannot achieve 244hz when trying to change the settings in the Intel® Graphics Command Center.
First, confirm if your system supports the resolution.
If it is supported and does not allow the resolution to be set, do the following:
- Review the specifications of the computer and the monitor if it's fully compatible with the refresh rate that the graphics processor can support.
- Contact the computer manufacturer to know more about supported resolutions and refresh rates
Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes. Since your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sells and supports computer systems based on Intel technology.
