Summary
Troubleshooting API (e.g. DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, etc.) support errors from the Intel Graphics driver.
Description
An application shows an error The driver does not appear to support OpenGL or similar error reporting that an API is not supported by the Intel® Graphics driver.
Resolution
Try the following:
- Confirm that your Intel Graphics Controller supports the API by reviewing Supported APIs for Intel® Graphics Controllers.
- Follow the steps to Reinstall the latest graphics driver.
- Select Start > Settings > Windows Update to check for Windows updates.
- Contact the software vendor. There may be missing installation files or your system may not meet the minimum requirements to run the software.
