Description

An application shows an error The driver does not appear to support OpenGL or similar error reporting that an API is not supported by the Intel® Graphics driver.

Resolution

Try the following:

  • Confirm that your Intel Graphics Controller supports the API by reviewing Supported APIs for Intel® Graphics Controllers.
  • Follow the steps to Reinstall the latest graphics driver.
  • Select Start > Settings > Windows Update to check for Windows updates.
  • Contact the software vendor. There may be missing installation files or your system may not meet the minimum requirements to run the software.
