Description

  • Intel Graphics Command Center fails to launch or open
  • Intel Graphics Command Center stuck on loading screen upon opening the application

Resolution

Try the troubleshooting suggestions below:

  1. Confirm the system meets the following minimum system requirements:
    • 6th Generation Intel® processor or newer
    • Windows® 10 version 1709 or higher
    • Windows® 10 DCH Intel® Graphics Driver version 25.20.100.6618 or newer
NoteFor older platforms, we recommend using the Intel® Graphics Control Panel installed with your driver. Using the Intel® Graphics Command Center on an unsupported platform may result in limited access or issues with some or all of Intel® controls such as but not limited to, display, video, and power settings provided in the application.
  2. Install the latest graphics driver. See How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1* for steps to update your driver.
  3. Restart the system. When the Intel® Graphics Command Center updates, the application can get unsynchronized with the tray application. Restarting the system causes the tray application to restart and solves the issue.
  4. Repair or reset the app via Windows* Settings:
    1. Open Settings > Apps > Apps and features.

    2. Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Advanced options.

    3. Under Reset, click Repair.

  5. Uninstall the application via Windows* Settings and re-install the application from the Microsoft* Store.

    1. Open Settings > Apps > Apps and features.

    2. Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Uninstall.

    3. Install the Intel Graphics Command Center.
