Note For older platforms, we recommend using the Intel® Graphics Control Panel installed with your driver. Using the Intel® Graphics Command Center on an unsupported platform may result in limited access or issues with some or all of Intel® controls such as but not limited to, display, video, and power settings provided in the application. - Install the latest graphics driver. See How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1* for steps to update your driver.
