Uninstall the current driver and install the latest version through Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant is unable to install the latest driver for the Intel HD Graphics. Manual installation also fails.
- Uninstall the existing graphics driver.
- Disconnect from the internet to make sure the driver will not be automatically updated by Windows.
- Go to the Intel Graphics entry in the Device Manager.
- Right-click Intel Graphics and click Uninstall.
- In the device removal dialog box, check Delete the driver software for this device and click OK.
- Restart the computer after the uninstallation is complete.
- Restart the system.
- Open and run Intel® DSA to scan for the latest driver.
You can also try to install the driver again by downloading the specific driver from Download Center.
- Enter your Intel® product in the search bar.
- Filter by Download type and Operating System.
