TA-445: Drives Marked Offline for Intel® Server RAID Controller SRCU31
As the result of various errors or failures, RAID array drives may be marked as failed or offline.
This condition:
- May result in an operating system error message
Or
- May be noted during reboot when the Intel® RAID Controller and volume information are displayed during POST
