A Message to Our Suppliers: Ukraine Crisis
Intel complies with all applicable trade regulations and sanctions in the countries in which it operates. Intel has assessed the possible impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on Intel’s supply chain. Intel's strategy of having a diverse, global supply chain minimizes our risk to potential local interruptions. However, we are monitoring the situation carefully and will maintain an open dialogue with our suppliers as the situation evolves. Our expectation is that our suppliers will also maintain open communication with Intel as we partner together during this challenging time. Intel suppliers should contact their trade teams to determine whether they need to take any actions internally related to the trade actions and sanctions.
Intel and Tower Semiconductor, a leading specialty foundry for high-value analog semiconductor solutions, today announced a definitive agreement under which Intel will acquire Tower.
