All items marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.
You can save a Draft at any time and return to complete and submit edits later.
Tab 1: Company Information
Use this tab to update your company logo, name, website address, and physical location. You can also rename your company name if needed.
Tab 2: Company Description
Update your Company Tagline and Description to keep them fresh and relevant for potential partners and business end-users:
Select the Input Language from the drop-down menu. Select English, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese. If you select simplified Chinese or Japanese, Intel will translate your storefront into English for review.
NOTE: Only partners in the IoT and Embedded segment see the Input Language field in the Company Description tab.
Your Company Tagline has a maximum length of 50 characters and displays underneath your company name in the marquee of your storefront.
Below are some tips to refer to when updating or revising your company description to keep it captivating and eye-catching:
Start with a topic sentence and paragraph that identifies the main idea and point of your company, including your overall mission. This is a short statement of why your organization exists, what its goal is, and identifies its operations. This includes what kind of product, service, or solution your company provides, what Intel® products were used to create it, your primary customers or market, and its geographical region of operation. It’s also a good idea to state specifically what kind of company you are (e.g., “We are a manufacturer that creates solutions for the healthcare industry”, or, “We are a system integrator located in the UK that specializes in Retail POS solutions”.) NOTE: Only the first few words appear on your Offering Card and Quick View card. Aim to be descriptive and clear as this is what most users will see first when reading about your company.
Use short, concise sentences and bullet points to convey concepts.
Use rich keywords for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes. When your copy is keyword rich, it indicates to search engines what your offering is all about and for what keyword phrases you want to be ranked. However, making your content keyword rich doesn't mean you should cram your content with an abundance of keywords. Describe the exact products, services, or solutions your company provides using rich keywords. (e.g., “We manufacture MB, NB, PAD, Mini PC, and IPC products.”) Also, use rich keywords to describe the specific industries in which your products, services, or solutions apply. (e.g., "Our company has extended its core strengths to include more hardware devices related to IoV and total solutions that follow IoT and AI & Edge trends.”)
Format the entire description using tools found in the Description dialog box. Bold, italicize, justify, and indent text as needed.
Make the overall description compelling, using bold, and underlined sub-headers between paragraphs.
End your company description with a Call to Action to entice viewers to move to the Next Steps in discovering your offerings and collaborating and connecting with you. For example: “Contact us today to collaborate and establish new opportunities.”
Your lead generation settings must be set to on to accept inquiries. A Contact Partner button displays on your storefront, offering detail pages, and quick view cards. Users can then select the Contact Partner button to submit a form to Ask a Question you a question or Request a Quote from you.
All published offerings you’ve created appear on your storefront.
Tab 3: Company Details
In the Company Details tab, you can update, add, or revise the Industry and Applications categories, as well as the Regional Coverage area(s) for your company. Be specific when selecting sub industries and sub applications so that users can easily find your company when searching for a product or solution to meet their business needs.
Tab 4: Company Resources
Here you can review, post, update, and replace up to (5) Company Resources for your storefront. Posting new or updated company resources to your storefront enables users to research and find the latest information about your products and solutions. It also helps you earn more leads and opportunities to collaborate with partners and business end-users.
Tab 5: Summary
Select the Summary tab to review your storefront information before submitting it to Intel for review.
Select Submit Edits
NOTE: Once you’ve submitted edits, you’ll receive an Intel email notification: Your Marketplace Storefront was Successfully Submitted.
Your Storefront has Been Submitted – Next Steps
Once your storefront is submitted, Intel will translate it into English if required and will review it. You will receive an email, typically within 3-5 business days to let you know if it’s been approved.
NOTE: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your storefront or the Intel review process, use the messaging system in the right-navigation of your storefront page to contact your Intel Admin, who will respond to you.
Status of Intel Review
The statuses of the Intel review process are listed at the top of your storefront. They include the date you made an edit to your storefront, when your edit is under review by Intel, whether your edit requires an update for approval, and the date your update was submitted for approval. These statuses are visible only to you.
Additional Edits Required
If further edits are required to publish your storefront, you’ll receive an email notification from your Intel Admin entitled Edit Required: Your <Partner Name> Storefront. In the email, you will be provided a link that takes you to a page requiring you to sign in. You can then:
Select one of the pencil icons, located next to the logo area or to the far right of the Overview title.
Review messages from your Intel Admin in the Messages about your Storefront dialog box (located in the right-hand navigation) to view the required edits. NOTE: You can also post a message back to your Intel Admin if you have additional questions or concerns.
Make the necessary edits to your storefront using the Edit Company Storefront Information screens.
Select Summary to review edits to ensure everything displays properly.
Select Submit Edits located at the bottom of the dialog box.
NOTE: You’ll receive an email notification, Reminder: Edit Required for Your <Partner Name> Storefront, when your storefront is in an 'Update Required' state for (3) business days and again when it’s pending for (7) business days.
Email Notification: Your Marketplace Storefront is Now Approved and Published
Once you’ve completed any necessary edits for your storefront and have resubmitted it for Intel review, you’ll receive an email called Your Marketplace Storefront is Now Approved and Published. This email is sent to you typically within 3-5 business days to notify you that your storefront has been approved and published.
Lead Generation Settings and Language Preferences
If you need to update or modify the lead generation settings for your storefront, you can sign into the Admin Experience and select the Manage Storefront button. Review and set the lead generation settings in the right-hand navigation of your storefront:
Enable lead generation: sliding the toggle on displays a Contact Partner on offering cards, partner cards, in partner profiles, storefronts, and in detailed offering pages.
Limit lead generation to other Intel partners only: sliding the toggle on allows only logged-in partners to see the contact button on your storefront and offering pages.
Language Preferences: use the drop-down menu to select English, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese. If you do not make a selection, No Preference will indicate that you accept communications globally.
Storefront Updates and Maintenance
We recommend reviewing your Intel® Solutions Marketplace storefront at least every six months. Partners who keep their storefronts updated with their latest company and solution information tend to see more traffic, giving them the ability to earn more page views, leads, customers, and strategic partnerships.
The last update to the storefront appears in the marquee of the page. You’ll also receive an email notification, Reminder: Don’t Forget to Update Your Marketplace Storefront, once every six months, as a reminder to make any necessary edits, revisions, or updates.
Once logged into Intel® Solutions Marketplace, you can view and edit your company’s description, details, resources, lead generation settings, language preferences, regional coverage, industry listing, application, website, and address.
Update or create new offerings by selecting the Manage Offerings button at the top of the page.
