For 2020, we are taking another step forward to improve your healthcare experience, keep costs flat, and integrate your health and financial benefits. We are also evolving the U.S. retirement program to offer you a new 401(k) match and an After-tax contribution and Roth in-Plan conversion.

Access My Health Benefits

If you are accessing the site for the first time on the Internet, you will be asked to create a user ID and password to log in.

  • To create your user ID, visit the My Health Benefits Website, select "Register as a New User" and follow the instructions.
  • You will then be asked to create a password and answer a series of security questions.
  • Call 1-877-GOMYBEN to and ask any questions.

Health for Life Centers

To schedule an appointment at the Arizona or Oregon locations1, visit the Health for Life Center website and this overview site for additional information. To schedule an appointment in New Mexico2, please call (505) 253-7900.

The Health for Life Centers are full-service primary care facilities designed to provide you and your family a unique, personalized health care experience. Each center is staffed with experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physical therapists, and other support medical staff. Health for Life Centers are located on Intel campuses in Arizona, New Mexico and Oregon; all of the Health for Life Centers can serve as your patient centered medical home if you and your family are enrolled in Connected Care.

1Arizona and Oregon’s Health for Life Centers are operated by Premise Health and available to all blue-badge employees and dependents ages 3 and up who are enrolled in the Intel Sponsored U.S. Group Health Plan.

2New Mexico's Health for Life Center is operated by Presbyterian Health Services and available to all blue-badge employees and dependents of all ages who are enrolled in the Intel Sponsored U.S. Group Health Plan.

Educational Contacts*

Intel has teamed up with™ to provide, online tutoring services and access to other educational resources accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to Intel employees and their family members. Interactive, one-to-one tutoring sessions are available to students of all ages (kindergarten through adult learner) in math, science, written English, U.S. social studies, foreign language: Spanish and French, and business topics: accounting, finance, economics.

Through The Work Number®, verifying agencies are able to access your information quickly and easily online. To process your request, you’ll need your date of hire, current employment status, and job title.
