Detailed Description

The main software release package above (.tar.gz) contains all code, tools and scripts needed to deploy the Intel® vCMTS Reference Dataplane v22.10.0 on Bare Metal Reference Architecture (BMRA) from Intel® and Red Hat OpenShift* Container Platform (OCP).

  • Also included in this package are a set of iMix-based traffic profile pcaps (for both upstream and downstream traffic), which can be replayed by the Pktgen-DPDK application on the traffic-generation node for RFC2544 style benchmarking.

The second tarball file (.tar.bz2) contains additional fixed size traffic profile pcaps for use with Intel® vCMTS Reference Dataplane v22.10.0. Again, both upstream and downstream pcaps are included in this tarball, based on the following IP packet byte sizes: 64, 256, 512, 640, 768, 1024, 1280, 1536.
