Overview
The Intel® Visual Compute Accelerator (Intel® VCA) boots its CentOS* or Ubuntu* operating system from these images. The volatile image is loaded to RAM before booting; therefore, no changes to the running image are preserved across Intel VCA node reboots. If a persistent reference sample image is required, check the persistent reference image download.
To obtain detailed installation instructions, download the Software Guide.
Notes
-
The images contain the reference kernel (the kernel with applied Intel® Media Server Studio patches) and contain the Intel Media Server Studio 2017 R3 Community Edition SDK, without the Media Samples package.
