4. Agilex™ 3 Sensor Monitoring System

Agilex™ 3 devices provide you with on-chip voltage and temperature sensors. You can use these sensors to monitor external voltages and on-chip operation conditions such as the internal power rail and on-chip junction temperature.

The Agilex™ 3 sensor monitoring system stores sampled data in the secure device manager (SDM). You can read the voltage and temperature values in the SDM by using the Mailbox Client IP or the Mailbox Client with Avalon® Streaming Interface IP.
