24.1

The F-Tile Avalon® Streaming IP for PCI Express* Design Example supports FASTSIM + PIPE mode for simulation.

This allows you to get faster simulation time compared to the FASTSIM mode only. This change does not impact the IP parameter settings and pinouts.

The Linux kernel driver generated along with the F-Tile Avalon® Streaming IP for PCI Express* Design Example is updated to support Ubuntu 22.04 Long Term Support (LTS).

This enables the execution of hardware tests for design examples created with Quartus® Prime on a host machine that is equipped with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. This change does not impact the IP parameter settings and pinouts.
