5.10.1. The insystem_memory_edit Tcl Package

The ::quartus::insystem_memory_edit Tcl package contains the set of Tcl functions for reading and editing the contents of memory in an Altera® FPGA device using the In-System Memory Content Editor. The quartus_stp and quartus_stp_tcl command line executables load this package by default.
