Transfer Function for Internal TSD

The following figure shows the transfer function for internal TSD.

You can calculate the temperature from tempout[9:0] value using this formula:

Temperature = {(AxC)÷1024} - B

Where:

  • A = 693
  • B = 265
  • C = decimal value of tempout[9..0]
