21.3 Added support for FGT core PLL mode. Enables FGT TX PLL output as a clock source for FPGA core logic.
21.3 Added support for system copies greater than 1. System copies allows you to auto generate multiple copies of the same F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Intel FPGA IP instance.
21.3 Added support for Transceiver Toolkit. The Transceiver Toolkit allows you to debug the FHT and FGT PMA by running BER tests.
