You can install the supported device files either from the Quartus® Prime installer or FPGA Software Download Center. This release supports Agilex™ 3, Agilex™ 5, Agilex™ 7, eASIC™ N5X, Stratix® , Arria® , and Cyclone® , or MAX® device families as part of the Quartus® Prime installation.

Note: You can also obtain older versions of software and legacy software from the FPGA Download Center. However, 16.1 and older releases are discontinued as stated in Custom Advisory ADV2011 and Custom Advisory ADV2135.
