8.6. Using RSU with Multiple QSPI Flash Devices

Starting from the 24.3 release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software, the Remote System Update solution allows you to have up to four QSPI flash devices of the same model in your platform. This allows you to extend the non-volatile memory space to store your QSPI initial image so that the size of the RSU applications or any other component can be larger. Refer to the Agilex™ 7: SoC HPS Multi-QSPI Remote System Update Example page for details about limitations and instructions about how to build the binaries to enable this feature.
