The library of OpenMP* function stubs is not linked.

Description

This option enables compilation of OpenMP* programs in sequential mode. The OpenMP directives are ignored and a stub OpenMP library is linked.

NOTE:

This option only applies to host compilation. When offloading is enabled, it does not impact device-specific compilation. Offloading can only be enabled when using ifx.
