The Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has been running virtual desktops for almost 10 years, supporting patient care across 20 clinics and healthcare centers, including the Royal Bolton Hospital.
The introduction of Allscripts Sunrise acute care Electronic Patient Record (EPR) placed new demands upon the Trust’s aging infrastructure.
