Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2 and earlier, the user may get the warning below in compilation if add pin location assignment or back annotate pin location to F-Tile of Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA reference clock N port :
Warning: Ignored location assignment to i_refclk2pll(n) (with value PIN_xxx) as it does not specify a building block.
Resolution
It's safe to ignore the warning.
The problem has been resolved in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.3.
