You might see the following message in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 21.1 and later when upgrading a previously generated External Memory Interfaces Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP instance that has a Chip ID width that is > 0 (3DS).
This message appears because the user entered a tRFC_DLC value in the IP that is illegal.
