Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.2, multiple instances of the P-Tile Debug Toolkit cannot be launched simultaneously. If your design has more than one PCI Express link located in different P-Tiles, you can only run the Debug Toolkit for a single PCI Express link at a time.
Resolution
This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.3.
