Why does the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.1 show PR(Partial Reconfiguration) programming failures using Intel Stratix®10 devices?

Description

Due to a problem with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.1, you may see PR programming failures after 100 to 500 successful PR operations using Intel® Stratix®10 devices.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.2.
