Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime  Standard and Pro software version 16.0 and earlier, you may see the error on Arria® 10 Hard Processor System in Qsys when a selected device and VCCL_HPS are -3 grade and 0.95V, respectively.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus Prime Standard and Pro software version 16.1.
