Yes. You can use “Intel FPGA Runtime Environment for OpenCL Windows x86-64” for the design compiled in Quartus® II 17.0 pro Windows edition. We recommend you using “Intel FPGA Runtime Environment for OpenCL Pro Edition v17.0 Update 2” because 17.0 update 2 pro version will have some minor bug fixes.
