Description
The description about interpolation factor and decimation factor in 15-10 of DSP Builder Handbook Volume3: DSP Builder Advanced Blockset that the FractionalRateFIR block supports interpolation rate changes from 2 to 64,decimation rate changes from 2 to 64 is wrong. In Quartus 12.1 and later version, fractional filter don’t have any restriction on the interpolation/decimation factors
